Updates may be checked and installed at any time by downloading.

Extended Support

In addition to free tech support on technical issues related to our software as described above, extended support on a pay-as-required basis is available for issues not directly related to our software, such as: • Help with XBRL taxonomies and mapping/tagging • Prepping financial tables for mapping/tagging (if you'd like us to do them for you) • Resolving issues due to incorrect mapping or incorrect use of the software • Help with particularly badly formatted or incorrectly prepared documents Having access to extended support gives you the flexibility of total management of your filings yourself or using our services if needed. _______________________ 1. The product price includes 50 units of free technical support for one year (each support incidence typically counts as 1 or 2 units), and 25 free units per year with each renewal. In practice this has been found to be more than sufficient, i.e., technical support is essentially free. If needed, additional support is available at a nominal $25 per unit. 2. Some other companies require you to stop using their product unless you pay annual subscription fees.
