FERCxbrl™ may be installed on any Windows computer running Windows 7 or higher, Windows server, and virtual Windows environments. It installs in accordance with Microsoft guidelines, and makes no unusual changes to your computer. It may be uninstalled and moved to a different machine at any time.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

FERCxbrl ™ is copyrighted by Advanced Computer Innovations, Inc. (ACII). Its use is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. You may make a reasonable number of backup copies of the software. 2. For each license, you may install only one copy of the software on only one machine. In particular, a network license entitles you to install on one file server. 3. Any installation on a non-removeable device (e.g., a hard disk) is considered an installed copy. This software may not reside on more than one such device per license at any given time. 4. This software may not be used to provide automated or web-based services, except under an AutoServe license. 5. This software may not be incorporated into other products, nor used to prepare components for other products or services, except under a specific license form ACII permitting such use. 6. You may not sell, license, give away or otherwise transfer this software, or any part or copy thereof, in any form, to another party without written consent from ACII. Your license only grants you a private use right, and not the right to distribute our product, unless such right is specifically granted under an OEM license or site license. 7. It is illegal to reverse-engineer any trial or licensed version of our software. Our products are sold as-is under the above terms, and it is the customer’s responsibility to evaluate the suitability of our software for their purpose before purchasing a license. ACII will make good-faith efforts to release updates and continue to support these products.
