Generic XBRL products require you to tag tables, line items and data, create dimension members, and attend to other XBRL details. That’s overkill for FERC filings, where the taxonomy mimics almost line-by-line the traditional FERC forms. It does not allow custom extensions, permitting only typed members for company-specific disaggregation.
