On January 26, 2022, FERC completed migrating forms data submitted in Visual FoxPro through October 1, 2021. This is available for bulk download here. On September 15, 2021, FERC released an update to the eForms Filing Manual. It may be downloaded here. All submissions made after September 30, 2021 must be made in the new eForms XBRL system, and filings will no longer be accepted in the Visual FoxPro system. The 2021 third quarter filing deadline for all companies (major electric utilities, licensees, non-major public utilities and licensees, major natural gas companies, non-major gas companies and oil pipeline companies) was extended to December 31, 2021, to give filers additional time to transition to this new system.
